Large two storey extension onto an existing red brick Victorian Glebe House and full restoration works of original house. Newly constructed roof together with new blue bangor slates. New cast iron gutters and downpipes. Reused some of the original windows and replicated same on the extension. Replaced all plumbing & electrical and built the new conservatory.
The conservatory was added to make good use of the natural light available. The apex roof was added to the conservatory to compliment the existing roof of the main house. The blue bangor slates used throughout the house were sources from a quarry in Wales.
The brick work facade was restored using traditional lime mortars and tuck pointing to comply with good conservation practices.
